Return & Exchange policy


Thank you for shopping with Butterflies4U. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Returns
    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and undamaged).
  • Be in the original packaging, including any gift boxes or certificates of authenticity.
  • Have the security tag attached (if applicable).
    Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or engraved jewelry.
  • Resized rings (if resized by a third party).
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
  • Final sale items.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  2. Exchanges
    If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different size/metal, please contact us at butterflies4u@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Note for High-Value Items: Because our jewelry is high-value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  • Package the jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit.
